Designing Efficient Decision-Making Processes
In claims, it is a major challenge to request all the necessary information in a straight-forward manner and with as few process loops as possible in order to avoid long layovers or unjustified payouts. In addition, it is important to clearly define one’s own framework conditions and to make economic trade-offs. The processes developed to serve these needs +are not set in stone. They can be reworked and, if necessary, sensibly interwoven with digitally supported (sub-)processes. Last but not least, the know-how, the mind-set and the organizational structure of the performance testing team are of decisive importance in order to sustainably fill this with life.
